apartments ready for lettings all year round. All have ensuite

The Studio Flat
Spacious Studio for 2 people situated on the ground floor at the
front of the building. Comprising - small entrance hall, large
lounge/bedroom (double or twin bed), separate kitchen,
shower/toilet.
Flat 1
Very spacious ground floor flat with patio garden. To
accommodate 7 people. Comprising - lounge, kitchen/diner, large
bathroom with bath (shower over) and W.C, and an additional
toilet. One double bedroom, one family room with double and
single beds, and a twin bedded room. Washing machine included.
Flat 2
First floor flat to accommodate up to 4 people. Comprising - two
bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds, separate
lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet.
Flat 3
Located on the top floor of the building with two bedrooms. One
bedroom with a double & small single bed., the second room with
a double and two singles. A shower room, kitchen and
lounge/diner are within the apartment, which can accommodate
seven people.
Flat 4
Spacious one bedroom flat containing one double bed and bunk
beds to accommodate two adults and two children. Situated on the
first floor at the front of the building, with a small entrance
hall, large lounge/diner, separate kitchen and bathroom.
Flat 5
This very spacious flat is on the first floor and sleeps 6
people. Comprising - entrance hall, large lounge/diner at front
of building, one bedroom with a double bed and the second
bedroom with double bed and bunk beds. There is a separate
kitchen with washing machine and shower room with toilet.
Flat 6
Second floor flat to accommodate 3 people. Comprising - kitchen,
lounge/diner, one en-suite bedroom (shower & W.C) with double
and single beds.
